Once again a Brazilian fell in just 13s in Las Vegas (USA). In the second most important fight of UFC 202, on Saturday night (20), Glover Teixeira suffered a quick knockout against Anthony Johnson, who, with the victory, is close to challenging for the light heavyweight belt.

Glover started the fight by putting pressure on Johnson, moving forward and throwing punches. However, the American proved why he is considered one of the scariest fighters today: he took advantage of an opening and connected a upper right on the Brazilian's chin, which was already knocked out.
After the victory, Johnson sent a message to the category champion, Daniel Cormier, who has beaten him in the past. “'DC', I have a lot of respect for you, but I'm coming!”, he shot.
Cerrone knocks out Story and wins again
Donald Cerrone continues to be in excellent form since moving up to the welterweight division (77 kg). The Cowboy won another in the new category, this time with an impressive knockout over the resilient Rick Story.
The first round was quite busy, with action both on the feet and on the ground. Both Cerrone and Story reached dominant positions and attempted submissions, but all of them were defended without difficulty.
From the second round onwards, Cerrone began to impose his striking game. The former lightweight (70 kg) landed good combinations on Story, who felt uncomfortable. At one point, the Cowboy connected a jab, a straight to the body, a left cross and a well-aimed kick to the chin, which left his opponent completely groggy. A few more blows were enough for Cerrone to score another victory.
Thus, Cerrone recorded his fourth consecutive victory since moving up a category. Story loses by technical knockout for the first time in his career. Shortly after the fight, the winner challenged the lightweight champion, Eddie Alvarez, whom he had already defeated in the past. “Me against Eddie Alvarez in New York [UFC 205, in November], what do you think? He has something that belongs to me”, he challenged.
