The Lingerie Fighting Championships, an event that features fighters in cage in their underwear, has an ambitious plan: hire Ronda Rousey if the former UFC champion decides to leave the main MMA organization on the planet.
The desire was revealed by LFC executive director, Shaun Donnelly, who believes that Ronda has the perfect characteristics to stand out at his event. “Ronda Rousey It's been at the top of our wish list for a long time. Not only because she is one of the greatest fighters of all time, but also because she is a very beautiful woman, who is not afraid to show her most sensual side,” she said, according to the “Globe Newswire” website.
According to Donnelly, Ronda would play a fundamental role beyond the sporting part. “We have reason to believe that Rousey should consider a role with us, whether as a competitor or as an ambassador. She is very critical of the way female fighters are paid, and LFC has always shown great commitment to paying its fighters very well,” she added.
Ronda last fought in the UFC in November 2015, when she was knocked out by Holly holm and lost the belt. The American is recovering from knee surgery and should be able to return to active duty in early 2017.
