Despite the apparent success in the opening of the Strikeforce heavyweight GP, the North American organization's tournament had its continuation postponed. The company's president, Scott Coker, confirmed in an interview with North American ESPN that the duel between the Dutchman alistair overeem and the Brazilian Fabricio Werdum, in addition to the fight between North Americans Josh barnett e Brett Rogers, valid for the quarter-finals of the GP, were transferred to the show on June 18th, which will be held in Dallas, Texas. The Strikeforce GP started in February and featured two quarterfinal fights.
