In mid-2015, Brittney went to court against the financial analyst after a domestic dispute. According to the ring girl, her husband at the time attacked and suffocated her, which resulted in her being sued for attempted murder, domestic violence and threats.
However, according to the website “TMZ”, Zalewski presented the court with a completely opposite version of what was said by Brittney. According to him, it was his wife who attacked him, which was only possible due to “her great knowledge of martial arts”.
According to his account, Zalewski was peacefully at home when he began to be provoked and brutally assaulted by Brittney. According to him, his wife injured his arms, legs, head and chest, classifying the ring girl's skills as “highly trained, skilled and experienced in martial arts”. Furthermore, Zalewski states that, as Brittney has a close and long-standing relationship with the UFC, she was fully equipped to learn “deadly, high-level techniques” in MMA.
The assault case involving the couple will be heard in Los Angeles court on September 15th.
