Recently signed by Bellator, the former participant of The Ultimate Fighter Brazil Thiago Jambo will make his debut in the new organization in style. Jambo will face Chidi Njōkuani in the co-main fight of Bellator 156, scheduled for June.
Jambo was selected for the confrontation in place of another Brazilian, Douglas lima, called up to face Paul Daley in London in July. In his last fight before being signed by Bellator, Thiago beat Matt Baker in the World Series of Fighting.
Bellator 156 takes place on June 17th, at the Save Mart Center, in the city of Fresno, California (USA). The main fight of the night will put two Brazilians in search of the bantamweight belt face to face: former training colleagues Marcos Loro and Eduardo Dantas.
