Nate marquardt
After the process suffered by Chael Sonnen and the suspension of his contract with Ultimate (remember here), the confrontation before Yoshihiro akiyama had been postponed. But the UFC organization worked quickly and the Japanese already has a new opponent defined. The Japanese athlete will measure strength against the experienced Nate marquardt at UFC-128, an event that takes place on March 19, in Newark, in the United States.
This will be the opportunity for both athletes to try to rehabilitate themselves in the organization, as both fighters are coming off defeats. Akiyama to Michael Bisping at UFC-120 and Marquardt for Yushin Okami at UFC-122.
UFC-128 will also feature the participation of five Brazilians and in the main fight, Mauricio Shogun will defend his light heavyweight belt against Rashad evans. Check out the full event card (subject to change)
