Every year, the North American magazine “ESPN” chooses some of the main names in world sport and invites them to take part in a nude shoot entitled “Body Issue”. Main name in MMA today, Conor McGregor will join a list that already has names like Ronda Rousey, Jon Jones e Miesha Tate and will pose for the magazine's lenses in the coming weeks.

The announcement was made by the North American ESPN itself, through its official website. The publication announced that the complete list of athletes who will be part of the “Body Issue” will be released on June 20th. The magazine will be published on July 8th, only in the United States.

Even with its future undefined, Conor McGregor has a professional record of 19 wins and three losses. The Irishman is coming off his first defeat in the octagon against Nate diaz, in March, and left the rematch against the North American at UFC 200 after refusing to participate in the event's promotional schedule. There is speculation that McGregor could face Diaz at UFC 202 in August, or defend the featherweight belt for the first time against the winner of José Aldo x Frankie Edgar, who will compete for the interim belt in July.
