Cyborg should defend Invicta FC belt in July

After debuting in the octagon last Saturday (14) in Curitiba (PR) with an overwhelming knockout over Leslie Smith, Chris Cyborg said she planned to return to the Invicta FC event, of which she is the current featherweight champion, and defended her title once again. According to president Shannon Knapp, in an interview with the North American website “MMA Junkie”, Cyborg would be in the organization's plans for the Invicta FC 18 card, scheduled for July 29, in California (USA). “I'm working with the date of July 29th. If all parties agree, it will certainly (Chris Cyborg) would do the main fight,” said Knapp.
