The controversies between Rodrigo Botti and Matt Brown are old. The Brazilian allegedly attacked the UFC fighter inside a hotel in Curitiba as a form of retaliation. In 2015, the American invaded his gym and also attacked him when he was recovering from eye surgery.
Botti even filed a complaint in US court, but the case was closed due to lack of evidence.
