Benavidez and Cejudo will be TUF coaches and will face each other in December

Former challengers from the flyweight category will be at the forefront of the 24th season of the program, which will define the champion's next opponent

The 24th season of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter in the United States has had its details revealed. Former UFC flyweight challengers, Joseph Benavidez e Henry Cejudo will be the program's coaches, and will face each other in the octagon at the event that will mark the show's finals, on December 3, in Las Vegas (USA).

Both Benavidez and Cejudo had their opportunities to face the current champion of the 57 kg category, Demetrious Johnson. Benavidez lost to “Mighty Mouse” twice, by decision and by knockout, while Cejudo lost last month, also by technical knockout.

TUF 24 will feature 16 fighters from the flyweight division, and the season's champion will have the chance to challenge Johnson for the title next year. The names of the participants have not yet been released.
