Valentijn Overeem
The Brazilian Antonio “Pezão” Silva is without an opponent for his fight at Strikeforce, an event that will take place on December 4th, in St. Louis, in the United States. The Brazilian athlete would face the Dutchman Valentijn Overeem, but the fighter was injured during training and will not be able to fight.
Valentijn is the older brother of alistair overeem, Strikeforce heavyweight champion, and would make his debut in the organization. With the injury to the Dutch athlete, the production of the event will have less than a week to find an opponent for the Brazilian.

The main fight of this edition of Strikforce will be the fight between the former Pride champion, Dan Henderson against the Brazilian Renato "Babalu" Sobral.
