'Superhero' Phoenix Jones will fight his brother in WSOF

After gaining fame for migrating from his life of fighting crime on the streets of the United States to the MMA ring, “superhero” Phoenix Jones will have one of the most unusual fights in history. The World Series of Fighting organization announced that Jones, whose real name is Ben Fodor, will face his own brother, former UFC fighter Caros Fodor, on June 30th.

Ben and Caros, however, are not blood brothers. Phoenix Jones was adopted by the Fodor family. The leader of the superhero team “Rain City Superhero Movement”, from Seattle (USA), said that the person who will suffer most from the duel is his mother. “It will make our mother cry. That's sure. But we had been surrounding each other for years. This was inevitable”, said the fighter, to the “MMA Fighting” website.

WSOF 32, the event that will host the fight between the Fodor brothers, takes place on June 30th, in Everett (USA). The clash between Caro and Phoenix Jones will be the co-main fight of the night, which will feature a duel between Brazilian Alexandre “Capitão” Almeida and American Lance Palmer.
