Jones and Cormier have already faced each other once, in January last year, with the former winning by unanimous decision by the judges. Since then, a lot has happened: Jones was arrested, lost his belt as punishment from the UFC and had a lukewarm fight against Ovince St Preux; Cormier, in turn, won Anthony Johnson e Alexander Gustafson and remained the new champion.
The rematch between them will be the main fight of UFC 200, an event that takes place on July 9, in Las Vegas (USA).
