“The girl was lucky with her Ronda Rousey and lost the belt in his first defense. She doesn't even know how to hit to stop, she's never been to the ground, she's never had a ground game. I'm already nearing completion. Only in the last fight I won on points. I'm the only one who, after losing, came back stronger. I'm sure I'm ready and would be a good champion”, says the Brazilian, in a statement given during an interview on the website of the “Combate” channel.

Normally criticized for slowing down due to fatigue as her fights progress, Amanda believes that the problem will not hinder her in the title fight. “I'm already fixing what I think I've done wrong. There are some problems that, of course, I need to fix. There was this problem in the fight against Valentina [Schevchenko, in March], I died from the gas there in the third round, but it's not a normal thing, because I train very well in the gym”, she guarantees.
