Recently, Silva had surgery on the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. The athlete is still in the post-operative recovery phase, however he believes that he will soon be in full physical shape to fight again in the UFC.

“The injury to my knee was serious, but I feel very good now”, highlighted Silva.

While the Brazilian recovers from clinical problems, Leben faces problems with the North American justice system. The fighter was arrested for driving under the influence of toxic substances on the 19th of this month in Hawaii. This fact could cause problems for his next fight in the UFC, scheduled for January 1st of next year against his compatriot Brian Stann in the 125th edition of the event.
