Miesha Tate won the Ultimate women's bantamweight belt on March 5th, but can now put it on the line for the first time at UFC 200, in July. The guarantor is president Dana White, who spoke about the possibility of the women's title being up for grabs on the historic card.

“There will be some women's fights at UFC 200. Actually, two or three, maybe. It could be that one of them will be a title fight”, said the manager, in an interview with the “Sportscenter” program, on the North American channel “ESPN”.
Despite not mentioning by name Miesha Tate, it is clear that Dana was referring to the bantamweight champion, because strawweight title holder Joanna Jedrzejczyk will put her belt on the line the day before UFC 200, July 8, at TUF 23 Finale, against the Brazilian challenger Claudinha gadelha.
Shortly after Miesha won the title, Dana White confirmed that the new champion's first challenger would be Ronda Rousey. However, the judoka has been saying that she will only fight again in November. If Ronda doesn't change her mind, an immediate rematch against Holly holm is also a possibility.
