After defeating the Japanese Yoshihiro akiyama, this Saturday (16), at UFC-120, Michael Bisping turned his attention to the Brazilian Wanderlei Silva. The British fighter once again asked for a rematch against the Tupiniquim athlete, who defeated him in a unanimous decision by the judges at UFC-110, held in February this year. This time, Bisping doesn't just want to face Wand, but command a TUF team against the Brazilian.
“I would definitely like to fight Wanderlei again. I would think it would be great to be a coach on The Ultimate Fighter against him,” said Bisping at the press conference after UFC-120.
If the English fighter's request comes to fruition, Wanderlei would be the second Brazilian to command a team on The Ultimate Fighter, the UFC's reality show. At the first opportunity, Rodrigo Minotauro he was one of the coaches in the eighth season. Bisping has a long history with the program, where he won the third season and was one of the commanders in the ninth edition of the show.
