José Aldo looks increasingly ready to return to the octagon. A video released on the internet in recent days showed the manauara in a session of sparring heavy with world kickboxing champion Andy Souwer at the headquarters of Nova União, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
In the images, the former featherweight champion appears in great shape and exchanges hard blows with Souwer. Aldo still doesn't have a fight scheduled for his return to Ultimate, after losing the 66 kg division title to Conor McGregor in December last year, but has already shown his interest in performing at UFC 200, in July.
“Scarface”, in fact, increased rumors about his lineup for the event in Las Vegas (USA) by releasing a photo on social media in which he appears with his training buddies and some supplements with the following caption: “Preparing for UFC 200 ”.
