Rafael Natal from Minas Gerais will have his second fight in the UFC in the 124th edition of the event, which will take place on December 11th in the city of Montreal, Canada. “Sapo”, as he is known, will face the American Jason MacDonald in a UFC middleweight fight, which has the Brazilian as the current champion Anderson Silva.

 

PUBLICITY:

Natal is a jiu-jitsu black belt and has 12 wins and three losses on his record. The Brazilian was defeated in his UFC debut by the American Rich Attonito by unanimous decision from the judges at UFC Fight Night 22, held on September 15th.

In turn, MacDonald will be fighting his first fight since fracturing his left leg in a fight against John Salter, in May this year at UFC 113. The North American has 24 wins and 14 losses in his MMA career, being the winner in 18 fights through submissions.

In addition to Rafael Natal, UFC 124 will feature two more Brazilians in action. Ricardo “Cachorrão” Almeida will face  T. J. Grant while Thiago “Pitbull” Alves will fight John Howard. The main attraction of this edition of the UFC will be the welterweight belt dispute between Canadian Georges St-Pierre and North American Josh koscheck.
