Lightweight champion, the Brazilian Rafael dos Anjos he already knows when he wants to return to the Octagon: at the historic UFC 200, scheduled for July 9th, in Las Vegas (USA). The Brazilian has already started his campaign to be part of the card and even mentioned his two favorite opponents: the controversial Nate diaz, executioner of Conor McGregor, or the welterweight champion Robbie Lawler.

The information was released by “UFC Tonight”, the official Ultimate newspaper on North American TV. According to the news, however, the event has no intention of promoting a superfight between the lightweight champion and the welterweight title holder. Thus, the path is open for a belt defense against Nate diaz, if the Brazilian is actually selected for the card.

At 31, Rafael dos Anjos has a professional record of 25 wins and seven losses. The Brazilian has won ten victories in his last eleven fights, five of them consecutively. In his most recent appearance in the octagon, Dos Anjos beat Donald Cerrone in his first title defense, last December.
