Greetings, or the lack of them, have been the keynote of the duel between Michael Bisping e Anderson Silva No. UFC London. As expected, therefore, it was no different at the official weigh-in for the event, held this Friday (26), at the O2 Arena. After making weight and confirming the duel in the octagon, Anderson and Bisping even tried to shake hands, but a disagreement between the rivals almost ended in a fight.

Face to face with Bisping, Anderson stood with his hands folded and refused to shake Bisping, who remained with his hand outstretched. When the Brazilian changed his mind, it was the Englishman's turn to avoid him and an intense discussion began. Anderson then went after Bisping and put his rival face to face, who responded by pointing the finger and making threats. The two continued exchanging insults until President Dana White intervened.
After the confusion, Bisping once again provoked Anderson about his doping and said he will make him pay in the octagon. “Thank you very much to everyone here. When I step into that cage tomorrow, I will do my best. This guy is a cheater! I'm going to make him pay, for all the needles in his ass. I’ll make him pay!” shouted the Englishman.
Anderson's response, however, did not come in the same tone and the Brazilian only commented on his work over the last few years. "I think so. I'm going to work hard... I've been working hard to give my best Saturday. It's a good fight for me, good for Bisping. And come on, this is the show,” said Spider.
In terms of weight, a lot of peace of mind for both sides. Michael Bisping He was the first to enter the stage, celebrating and to much applause. Thales and Mousasi confirm co-main fight
The only Brazilian representative on the London card, in addition to Anderson Silva, Thales leites he was the second to last to step on the scale. Accompanied by his coach and leader of Nova União Dedé Pederneiras, Thales made weight without any fear, but used the pound tolerance for fights that are not worth the title, presenting himself at 84,3 kg). Already Gegard Mousasi, his opponent in the co-main fight of the night, didn't even need a pound of tolerance and weighed in at 83,9 kg. With his usual neutral facial expression, the Armenian-Dutch stepped off the scale without showing much reaction and, at most, gave a slight smile to Dana White before positioning himself face to face with Thales.
Preliminary card had tense faces
The preliminary card of UFC London It brings together athletes, theoretically, of lesser importance, but the emotions were no less heated because of this. Among the nine fights scheduled for the first portion of the event, several had hot faces and needed the intervention of president Dana White. Right away, heavyweights David Teymur and Martin Svensson had their noses glued together. Soon after, Dana's intervention was necessary as Teemu Packalen put his left fist in Thibault Gouti's face. But the confrontation really caught fire between Norman Parke and Rustam Khabilov. The two even greeted each other at first, but they began to argue and almost started fighting. The same happened between Mike Wilkinson and mawan amirkhani, who close the preliminary card, and exchanged insults and threats.
