Anderson Silva hasn't exactly been an active figure in the UFC in recent years. Going through several problems, be it a serious broken leg or a suspension for doping, the former champion had just three fights in the last three years. However, the 40-year-old Brazilian wants to change this scenario in 2016, a year in which he projects no less than four appearances in the Octagon.

The first will take place later this month, in London, England, where it will face Michael Bisping. However, “Spider” wants to do three other fights, including a possible fight for the title.

“In addition to Bisping, I want to have three more fights this year, and, if I win, I want an opportunity for the title again. I hope that my father in heaven will bless me and that nothing will stop me anymore”, declared Anderson, in an interview with the program “Passando a Guarda”, on the “Combate” channel.

The fight between Anderson and Bisping will headline UFC Fight Night London on February 27th. The Brazilian is looking for his first victory in Ultimate since October 2012, since, since then, he has lost twice to Chris Weidman and saw a victory against Nick Diaz be canceled after being caught in the anti-doping test.
