According to UFC vice-president of public relations Dave Sholler, the agreement for the fight is practically sealed and the announcement of the duel should be made in the next few days.
“We hope to have an announcement (of Cormier x Jones 2) in the next few days. Things are already coming together, and you will be very pleased with the result”, said Sholler, in New Jersey (USA), shortly after UFC on FOX 18, last weekend.
