Recently, at a press conference, Conor McGregor he said he was fine with Jesus Christ, after a joke that did not please the most religious, and assured that “the gods recognize other gods”. This time, after being honored by basketball player LeBron James, McGregor was more humble and said he was “just” a king.

“Thank you, Lebron. Kings recognize kings. Much respect,” McGregor wrote on social media, referring to the Cleveland Cavaliers star’s nickname, known as “King James” (or “King James”, in free translation).

The next challenge of the “king” Conor McGregor will be on March 5th, in Las Vegas (USA). On the date, the Irishman challenges Rafael dos Anjos for the lightweight titles in the main fight of UFC 197 and is trying to become the first fighter in Ultimate history to hold two titles in different divisions simultaneously.
