The disagreement between UFC champions remains more intense than ever. After several provocations from both parties between Fabricio Werdum, heavyweight champion, and Luke Rockhold, holder of the middleweight title, the Brazilian went further and posted a photo on Instagram calling his rival a “chicken”.

The term is normally used for fighters who offer little danger and low technical quality. Werdum posted an image with Rockhold's face on the animal's body, as well as a hashtag #Cockyhold, referring to the term used to describe arrogant people in English.
The rivalry between Werdum and Rockhold began when the Brazilian faced Cain Velazquez, the North American's training partner, for the UFC title. At the time, Rockhold stated that the interim belt that Werdum held at the time represented a false title. Since then, both have exchanged public provocations.
