This week, UFC president Dana White revealed his intention to arrange a rematch between Holly holm e Ronda Rousey for the women's bantamweight belt for the historic UFC 200, an event that will be held on July 9, 2016 in Las Vegas, in the United States. And the former champion accepted the suggestion without blinking.

In a quick interview with the North American website “TMZ Sports”, Ronda stated that his plans are precisely to try to regain the title at UFC 200. “That's what I want. Now, it's up to the UFC and her [Holm] coaches. So, let’s see what happens”, said the fighter.

The conversation took place during the early hours of the morning in Los Angeles (USA), when Ronda was returning home after participating in the United States Navy ball, as companion of a young soldier who had invited him in September. “I promised I would do it. It was an honor to be invited. I would probably stay on my couch crying and eating ice cream if he didn't invite me. Leaving home is probably a good thing”, commented the athlete.

Ronda lost her unbeaten record in professional MMA last month, after suffering a tough knockout from Holm in the main fight of UFC 193, in Australia.
