The first to publish his provocation was McGregor, who released an image in the tone of a “futuristic prediction”, suggesting what Aldo's vision will be when he wakes up from the knockout he will supposedly suffer in the fight between them. “Wake up, José, it’s over!”, wrote the Irishman, along with a photo of himself taken from the bottom up, simulating the view of a person lying down.
Aldo, on the other hand, preferred to bet on a countdown to the duel, but also left his message for Conor. “King only has one. #ArrebentaAldo #PraCimaDeleAldo”, wrote the Brazilian, in Portuguese and English, along with a photo taken during the world tour he did alongside his rival and which appears making an obscene gesture towards him.
After months and months of tension, José Aldo e Conor McGregor they finally share the octagon on December 12th, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, in Las Vegas (USA). The unification of the interim and linear featherweight belts will be the main fight of UFC 194, which will also feature a duel for the middleweight title between Chris Weidman e Luke Rockhold as co-main event.
