Without fighting since May 2004, Brazilian Ricardo Cachorrão returns to the octagon in style. He was confirmed on the UFC-81 card, which takes place on February 2, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Renzo Gracie's black belt faces the American Alan belcher, who is coming off a technical knockout victory over Kalib Starnes at UFC-77. Cachorrão hasn't fought in 3 years, when he beat Ryo Chonan at Pride Bushido 3.
