Since returning to MMA, after making a plea deal and being cleared of all charges arising from a traffic accident in which he was involved in the first half of 2015, the former UFC champion Jon Jones has shown a very different physical shape and, above all, shown a lot of love for weight lifting exercises. Once again, Jones made a point of sharing with his fans the breaking of his personal record and took the opportunity to refute the doping accusations he has been receiving.

“Lifting 600 pounds (272,1 kg). The fact that people are accusing me of using steroids makes me feel incredible. It's a huge compliment to me and my coaches. I would never do that, not in a million years. Send the Athletic Commission (to test me)”, wrote “Bones”, along with the video in which he appears beating his personal best.

At 28, Jon Jones has a professional record of 21 wins and one loss, due to disqualification. The former light heavyweight champion was stripped of his title in May of this year and has been away from the Octagon since then. Recently, Jones published a message on social media in which hinted that he should fight again in April 2016, possibly against the current champion of the 93 kg division Daniel Cormier.
