Wanderlei Silva will have to wait a little longer for his case to be judged once and for all by the Nevada Athletic Commission. The decision, which should have been made at the hearing this Thursday (29), will probably be postponed for a new date next month.

Last year, Wanderlei was suspended for life and had to pay a US$70 fine for refusing to take a surprise doping test in preparation for his fight against Chael Sonnen, by UFC, in July.
In May, the court in Clark County, Nevada, revoked the ban on the fighter, claiming that it was an “excess of authority”, the basis of which presented a “lack of substantial evidence”. So, it was determined that Wanderlei would undergo a new trial. But the Brazilian's lawyer, Ross Goodman, claimed that he did not receive some paperwork from the UFC and the Commission in time for the case to be evaluated again this Thursday.
