Former UFC welterweight champion, John hendricks expects to fight more frequently from now on than he has recently. The North American feels “tired” waiting for a chance to fight for the belt again, which made him change his mentality and, from now on, act more regularly regardless of his opponent.

Hendricks hasn't fought since March, when he defeated Matt Brown at UFC 185. After that, he hoped to fight for the belt, but ended up passed over when Ultimate pointed out Carlos Condit to face the champion, Robbie Lawler.

“I was left aside for the second time. Now, I'm just struggling. If I'm healthy, I'll fight, no matter who or when. After this fight, I'm going to see how my body is going to be, take a week off and think about what comes next. I'm tired of campaigning to fight [for the belt]. I wasted six months on this. Now I want to keep fighting”, said Hendricks, in an interview with the website “Ground And Pound”.

Hendricks returns to the octagon on October 3, at UFC 192, when he faces Tyron woodley.
