Ronaldo Jacaré faces Yoel Romero on the same card as Aldo x McGregor

UFC 194, scheduled for December 12th, already had everything to be one of the biggest events of the year, but now MMA fans have another great reason not to miss a single minute of the fight night in Las Vegas (USA ): the Ultimate organization has just announced that Ronaldo Jacare e Yoel romero will face each other on the card, which will be headlined by José Aldo e Conor McGregor.

This will be the third time that Ultimate has tried to promote a duel between the multi-time jiu-jitsu champion and the vice-world champion in wrestling in 2015. In the first of them, the Brazilian ended up cut due to pneumonia. On Monday, months later, it was the Cuban's turn to leave the fight at the last minute.

Although it has not been officially announced, it is very likely that the winner of the duel between Jacaré and Romero will be the next challenger for the belt, which will be up for grabs in the co-main fight of UFC 194 between Chris Weidman e Luke Rockhold. Furthermore, with the pair's presence on the same card as the champions, they also appear to have good credentials to replace one of the title contenders in the event of a hypothetical injury.

Former champion of the extinct Strikeforce, Jacaré is undefeated since he debuted in Ultimate and has five victories in the biggest MMA organization on the planet. Already Yoel romero, 38 years old, has a record of ten wins and just one defeat. The Cuban is also undefeated in the Octagon and is on a six-fight win streak.

UFC 194 takes place on December 12th, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, in Las Vegas (USA). In the main fight, the linear featherweight champion José Aldo face the now interim champion Conor McGregor in the most anticipated duel in the history of the under 66 kg category.
