Less than a week before returning to the octagon, the Brazilian Wanderlei Silva commented on his preparation to face the English Michael Bisping at UFC-110, an event that takes place next Saturday, in Sydney, Australia. Wand claims to be physically and technically prepared, in addition to having studied the English game.
“I studied his game, I know all his moves, I’m ready,” Wand said.

“I went back to training with Rafael Cordeiro, he gives me the opportunity to work with a lot of good guys like (Fabrício) Werdum and (Renato) Babalu. I also trained wrestling with King mo. It was a great experience for me to train with these guys”, said Wand who is inspired by Dan Henderson, who knocked out the Englishman at UFC-100
“Henderson gave me the way to beat him.” “I will try to copy Henderson. I know the way to beat Bisping. I have a good plan”, he concludes.
