Every now and then, the challenger for the featherweight belt Conor McGregor He says in his interviews that he has the power to predict the future and that he knows exactly how his fights will end, before even stepping into the Octagon. Once again, the controversial loudmouth made use of his clairvoyance “skills” and guaranteed that he would have made his rival José Aldo kiss the canvas even before the end of the first round in the main fight of UFC 189.
“I always make accurate predictions. I have predicted many of my struggles. I've been doing this my entire career, I predict the future. In my head, I always predicted this fight. I'm going to knock him (Aldo) out four minutes into the first round. I feel the power combined with precision, he won't be able to handle it. Four minutes and he will be finished”, said the Irishman, in an interview with the North American TV channel “ESPN”.
McGregor's theory will be confirmed, or denied, on July 11th, when the Irishman steps into the octagon at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, in Las Vegas (USA), to challenge the Brazilian José Aldo for the featherweight belt. The long-awaited duel is the main fight of UFC 189, which will feature a fight between Robbie Lawler e Rory McDonald for the welterweight belt as the co-main event.
