The TUF Brasil 4 finalists have been defined. In the last episode of the season, shown in the early hours of this Monday (22), Reginaldo Vieira, in bantamweight, and Fernando Butcher, among the lightweights, secured the last places in the decision. Reginaldo and Fernando, both from Team Minotauro, will face Dileno Lopes e Glaico France, from Team Shogun, respectively, in the grand finals.

The program
The last chapter of the season was direct and objective. Before the last semifinals, the fighters were invited to visit the High Roller, the largest ferris wheel in the world, to say goodbye to Las Vegas. After weeks of confinement, the athletes were welcomed by Jhenny Andrade and Camila Oliveira, UFC ring girls in Brazil, and celebrated the end of TUF coaches and unlimited champagne.
Korea x Reginaldo
The semifinal between Bruno Korea e Reginaldo Vieira brought a duel of styles. The representative of Team Shogun sought to keep the fight standing at medium distance to unleash his powerful kicks, while the representative of Team Nogueira wanted the fight to be grappling, in the clinch.
Reginaldo managed to impose his game in the first round. He found the distance and took advantage of some moments when Korea let his guard down to throw punches, stick in the clinch and get takedowns. In the moments when Bruno managed to reverse the position, he was always caught in the guillotine. In one of these moments, Korea had a lot of difficulty getting out of the chokehold and came close to giving up the dispute. In the final moments of the partial, Reginaldo shortened it again and after combining a few punches, he tried the guillotine again. This time without success.
In the second round, Vieira tried to repeat the strategy, but when he tried to take down Bruno, he ended up doing the opposite and leaving much of the partial on the bottom. Tired, Korea hit his rival, but without force.
With 90 seconds remaining until the end of the period, the central referee returned the athletes to the standing fight. Reginaldo, again, shortened it and Bruno tried the takedown. However, the representative of Time Shogun left his neck exposed and ended up submitting with 16 seconds to go.
Butcher x Nazarene
In the fight between Brazil x Argentina, better for the Brazilian Fernando Butcher. In the fight against Argentine Nazareno Malegarie, the athlete from Rio played an intense game, with pressure from the first to the last second.
In the first few moves, Fernando closed the distance and attempted the takedown. Although Nazareno defended himself well, he put pressure on his rival on the bars. The Brazilian tried to attack with a hand triangle, but without much success. After the Argentine's defense, he stayed on the ground on top. However, the Brazilian reversed his position again and finished the partial on top.
In the second round, Fernando continued with the pressure game and after landing some punches from the top, he pressed in search of the takedown. In turn, Malegarie even managed to take down the Brazilian, who quickly got up.
With the game tactics well defined, Açadogueiro continued to press Nazareno against the bars in search of the takedown until he opened up an advantage on the judges' scorecards.
In the last and decisive round, with the athletes already tired, the fight did not change direction. Butcher pressing against the bars and Nazareno exchanging good positions on the ground. But always one step back. At the end of the duel, the side judges gave the victory to Fernando Butcher unanimously.
TUF Brazil 4 Finals
The TUF Brasil 4 finals would be held next Saturday (27), at UFC Fight Night 70, in Miami. But one problem in the visa issuance system for the United States caused the postponement of the finals. Now, the decision for the Ultimate reality show will take place at UFC 190, on August 30th, in Rio de Janeiro.
On this date, on the main card of the event, Dileno Lopes, from Team Shogun, and Reginaldo Vieira, from Team Nogueira, duel for the title of the program between bantamweights. In the lightweight category, Fernando Butcher, from Team Nogueira, faces Glaico France, by Team Shogun.
