Coming off two consecutive losses in the UFC, the last being to Alan belcher at UFC-107, the Brazilian Wilson gouveia was dismissed from the Ultimate roster of fighters. The ATT athlete, however, wasted no time and has already been announced as a new signing for the Maximum Fighting Championship, a Canadian event that features another Brazilian with experience in the UFC, Thales leites.
Gouveia, who will return to the light heavyweight division, will debut at MFC-25, an event that takes place on April 9, in Edmonton, Canada, and will feature Ryan Jimmo as his opponent.
