Murilo talks about the new phase of mountain biking

The year 2007 was one of many changes for the Brazilian Top Team (BTT) team, with the departure of names such as Rodrigo Minotauro, Rogério Minotouro, Paulo Filho and Zé Mario Sperry. Team leader, Murilo Bustamante guarantees that BTT is now experiencing a new phase and that the moment is good for the team. “The news is that the wind has turned. The sails have inflated and the Brazillian Top Team boat is starting to go full steam ahead. For 2008 we already have several fight proposals for several fighters and things will catch fire next year. BTT will come back with everything”, said Murilo, who spoke about the new generation of the team.

“Thank God the kids are responding. I'm tired of working with stars, with famous fighters... Fame goes to the head, the guy wants to do his own training, he doesn't want to listen to the coach. Now I'm working with strict discipline, Bebeo (Duarte) and I are in charge at the gym. Whoever liked it, liked it, whoever didn't like it should follow their path. The order of the house now is discipline and training, without idle talk, and we will try as many athletes as possible in the ring. The good news is that Japan is back, there is a big show there, and next year Brazillian Top Team will return with everything”, concluded Bustamante.
