Erick Silva and Rick Story fight main event in TUF Brasil 4 finals

The UFC has already defined the main fight of the event that will mark the finals of TUF Brasil 4, on June 27th, in São Paulo (SP). Erick silva will seek his third victory in the octagon against the tough Rick Story, in a fight valid in the welterweight division. The information was verified and published on the website of the “Combate” channel.

TUF Brasil 4 final will be held in São Paulo in June

Silva, 30 years old, is coming off two submission victories – the first was over Mike Rhodes (katagatame), in Barueri (SP), and the most recent over the veteran Josh koscheck (guillotine), in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). The result marked the fighter's first positive streak in the UFC, since, since his debut in the organization in 2011, he had been alternating between victories and defeats.

Currently ranked 11th in the official UFC rankings, Story has a similar record. After alternating triumphs and setbacks in seven consecutive fights, the North American scored two victories, over Leonardo Macarrão and Gunnar Nelson. The “Horror”, as he is known, also has victories over the former champion on his resume. John hendricks and former title challenger Thiago Pitbull.

The TUF Brasil 4 Finale should be held at Ginásio do Ibirapuera, the same place that hosted the program's finals in its third season.
