The heavy weight Jeff monson is a new recruit to the Shine Fights organization. According to a report from the American website MMA Junkie, the fighter's commitment does not require exclusivity, a fact that allows the athlete to perform at other events.
Monson, who has played on major shows such as UFC, Sengoku and Pride, recently performed in Brazil, at the Rio edition of Bitetti Combat, in September. The American should fight again at the Tupiniquim event in February, in the Brasília stage, against the black belt Glover Teixeira.
Shine held two editions in 2009, and is preparing for the third in 2010, with no confirmed date, but with some names already scheduled such as: Eduardo Pamplona, Givanildo Santana, Murilo Ninja and former world boxing champion Ricardo Mayorga.
