“Until we know for sure, we can’t say, but I would say the possibility is great. He looked like a big guy, big as hell. Look at his appearance when he fought [Kazuyuki] Fujita. He was a truculent son of a bitch. He didn't look like that at all when he fought [Antônio] Pezão. So what happened? Has he stopped lifting weights? It's possible. Or did he stop taking whatever the hell he was taking? It’s possible too,” said the commentator on his podcast, “Joe Rogan Experience”.

Now 38 years old, Fedor Emelianenko He remained the best MMA fighter in the world for a long time, being PRIDE champion for several years and building an unbeaten run that lasted almost a decade. Among his victims are Rodrigo Minotauro, Mirko Cro Cop, Mark Coleman, Mark Hunt, Andrei Arlovski and Pedro Rizzo. At the end of his career, his record was 34 wins, four losses and one no-contest.
