Ronaldo Fenômeno's company announces hiring of Vitor Belfort

Former football player Ronaldo Fenômeno announced that his sports marketing company, 9ine, will manage the UFC fighter's image Vitor belfort.

The announcement comes just over a month after 9ine's three-year partnership with Anderson Silva, Belfort's old rival, who, having recovered from a serious injury, will return to fighting this Saturday (31).

Ronaldo and 9ine will work together with OTB Fight, a sports marketing and event promotion company in which Belfort's wife, Joana Prado, is a partner. The former athlete celebrated the agreement and played with the nickname Belfort, which is the same as his when he was a player. “The place of phenomenon is at 9ine! Happy to announce Vitor belfort as our new agent. A partnership with OTB Fight. Phenomenon in the octagon and in advertising, welcome!”, he wrote on his Instagram account.

Vitor belfort will return to the UFC Octagon on February 28, in Los Angeles, United States. In the main fight of UFC 184, the “Phenomenon” will try to win the middleweight belt against Chris Weidman.
