Scheduled for December 12th, the sixth edition of the Watch Out Combat Show (WOCS) promises to bring MMA to the South zone of Rio de Janeiro. And the organization already announces where the disputes will take place. The event will be held in the gymnasium of the Clube de Regatas Flamengo, which is located between the Leblon and Gávea neighborhoods, two of the city's most upscale areas.
“We have the support of Flamengo presidential candidate Delair Dumbrosky and Fla-Gávea vice-president Luiz Paulo Segond. They understood the growth of MMA as a sport and gave great support”, comments organizer Philip Lima.
“We already have some fights lined up and we will announce them soon. I can tell you that a great athlete, who is undefeated in MMA, will be in action. The coolest thing is that he lives close to Clube Flamengo, so it will be great for the local public. It's going to be our biggest show! Almost everything is also ready for the party after the event, at the Namaste nightclub, in Gávea”, says an excited Tatá Duarte.
