“Last year I fought six times in 12 months. This year, only once, because I broke my arm and had a herniated disc. So what can I do. It's been 16 years without injuries and I don't think I can complain. I'm just trying to recover without getting too frustrated. There was a lot of expectation for my first fight in the UFC, so it was a big disappointment, especially since I was already in the final stretch of my training camp and had already worked hard. But I'm overcoming it and I'm ready to fight again (next year). Ronda has obviously destroyed everyone he's fought in the UFC and there's no doubt she's the toughest girl. However, no one is unbeatable. I want to have the chance to go there against her, in the best sporting way. If you don't want to go out there and fight the best or get the belt, then maybe you shouldn't even be fighting”, said the blonde, in an interview with the “MMA Fighting” website.

At 33, Holly holm has a professional record of seven wins and no defeats. With a vast history in boxing, “The Preacher's Daughter,” as she is known, won more than 85% of her victories by knockout or technical knockout. The athlete from Jakcson's MMA, where she partners with names like Jon Jones e Carlos Condit, had her most recent fight at the Legacy FC event and is coming off a victory over Juliana Werner.
