A fight that promises to excite the Real Fight 7 “Octagon” audience brings Fabrício Monteiro, aka Pitbull, against Jorge Michelan in the superfight. The event takes place on October 3rd, in São José dos Campos, and marks Fabrício's return to the organization. The fighter fought on Real Fight in 2005. Now, more experienced, he wants to show his value again.
“I feel very happy to be able to compete again in one of the events that opened many doors at the beginning of my MMA career. I have many good memories and I am grateful for the support given to me by the organization, when I was still a newcomer to fighting. I'm sure that today it is one of the most prestigious national events and a symbol of organization. If it wasn't like this, it would already be over, like many others”, said the Gracie Fusion rider.
The black belt has international experience, having fought in Japan. Away from the ring since July 2007, Pitbull wants to do well in the octagon.
“I'm really looking forward to this fight. I didn't fight for almost a year and a half and for me it will be fantastic to do this super fight. Jorge Michelan is an excellent athlete, he has been improving a lot and has proven that the tougher the opponent, the better he fights. It will be a great show! We have the potential to put on the best fight of the night,” he says.
