The agreement between the UFC and Reebok to supply sporting equipment for a period of six years will yield a real windfall for the largest MMA organization on the planet. According to the English newspaper “The Telegraph”, Ultimate will profit around US$70 million, or approximately R$180,5 million, from the contract.

The UFC's partnership with the Anglo-American company was announced earlier this week. From July 2015, all athletes linked to the organization will start using uniforms and materials provided by Reebok, whether in fights or in events that make up the official agenda.
However, UFC management clarified that “a large part” of the profits from the partnership with Reebok will be passed on to the fighters, as athletes have previously profited from personal sponsorships with sporting goods companies. The funds will be distributed according to the positions in the official UFC ranking.
