The last event of the 2014 UFC season will feature Erick silva. The man from Espírito Santo will face Mike Rhodes at UFC Fight Night 58, which will take place on December 20th in Barueri, Greater São Paulo.
Erick will try to recover from the defeat suffered in his last fight, against Matt Brown, in May, by technical knockout. Since debuting in the UFC, Silva has been alternating victories and defeats, and, due to his irregularity, he is no longer part of the official Ultimate rankings among welterweights. Overall, his professional MMA record is 16 wins, five losses and one no-contest.
Rhodes arrives at the fight “with the rope around his neck”, as he lost the two fights he had in the UFC, against George Sullivan and Robert whittaker. He would face Paulo thiago No. UFC Brasilia, in September, but suffered an injury and left the card. His MMA record is six wins and three losses.
The main fight of UFC Fight Night 58 will be between middleweights Lyoto Machida and CB Dollaway. In the co-main fight of the attraction, the former bantamweight champion Renan Barao measures forces with Mitch Gagnon.
