the fight between Chris Weidman e Vitor belfort, which will put the UFC middleweight title at stake, has been postponed to a date that has yet to be made official by the organization. However, this did not cause the Brazilian to slow down his training for combat.

Belfort posted on his account on Instagram a video in which he appears making “shadow” inside an octagon, with two small weights in his hands. The fighter also showed that he remains focused on the fight by saying that “all training is essential, but believing that it is possible makes a difference in our results”.
