UFC 178, held last Saturday (27), could have long consequences for some of its athletes according to the list of medical suspensions for the event, released by the Nevada Athletic Commission. Tim Kennedy and Zingano cat, who fought on the main card of the attraction, could be out of action for up to six months due to injury.
Zingano, who defeated Amanda nunes and secured the position of next challenger for the belt, she will need to present tests that clear her of a back injury. Otherwise, she will have to remain without competing until March 27th of next year.
A similar case involves Kennedy, defeated by Yoel romero by technical knockout. The North American fractured the orbital bone, located around the eyes, and must be released by an ophthalmologist or plastic surgeon. If he is released, Kennedy will only be away until November.

Tim Kennedy: No competing until 27/03/2015; if cleared by an ophthalmologist or plastic surgeon, no contact until 28/10, no competition until 12/11;
Zingano cat: No competing until 27/03/2015 unless cleared prior to your back injury by a doctor;
Stephen Thompson: No competition until 27/03/2015 unless cleared by an ophthalmologist for his right eye injury and an orthopedist for a right hand injury;
Jon Tuck: No competition until 27/03/2015, unless cleared by a doctor for injuries to the right shoulder and foot;
Takeya Mizugaki: No contact until 12/11, no competition until 27/11;
Eddie Alvarez: No contact until 28/10, no competition until 12/11;
Dustin poirier: No contact until 28/10, no competition until 12/11;
Yoel romero: No contact until 28/10, no competition until 12/11;
Amanda nunes: No contact until 28/10, no competition until 12/11;
James Krause: No contact until 19/10, no competition until 28/10;
Patrick Cotê: No contact until 19/10, no competition until 28/10;
Cody Gibson: No contact until 13/10, no competition until 28/10
