The fans who will follow the UFC Brasilia, on September 13th, gained yet another great reason to participate in the event’s full program. The Ultimate organization confirmed this Friday (29) that the bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will be in the federal capital and will participate in a series of attractions aimed at fans.
On Friday, September 12th, the date of the event's official weigh-in, Ronda will participate in a photo session and autograph with fans. Soon after, just before the athletes go through the scales, the muse will be interviewed by the public in the now traditional “Q&A” (questions and answers). Furthermore, on Saturday, the day of the fights, the champion will follow the entire card from the front row, next to the octagon set up at the Nilson Nelson Gymnasium.
This will be the first time that Ronda Rousey comes to Brazil as a big UFC star. The blonde has been to the country on other occasions when she was still working as a judoka, including when she won the gold medal in the sport at the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2007. At 27 years old, the North American is undefeated as a professional, having won all his ten career fights were by knockout or submission.
