Next Saturday (30), Renan Barao will have the chance to regain the UFC bantamweight belt, taking part in the main fight of UFC 177 in the city of Sacramento, California (USA). The Brazilian guarantees that the rematch against TJ Dillashaw will have a completely different outcome compared to the first meeting, which saw the North American win by technical knockout.

In an interview with the website of the English magazine “Fighters Only”, Barão said he was more focused for the fight and assured that he had corrected all the mistakes from the May fight. “My mentality has changed a lot. I will enter with a reinforced focus, more concentrated to win back my title”, he stated.

PUBLICITY:

“I watched that fight several times. Now it will be different. What happened in that fight was that I got punched in the first round and, after that, I wasn't there anymore. I was on autopilot. I couldn't see what was happening in the fight. I've had more time to analyze your technique, but the goal is the same. I will try to do my best as always”, added the Brazilian, who, against Dillashaw, lost an unbeaten record in MMA that lasted nine years.
